Explore your feelings in a safe place.

Counselling supports the process of good mental well-being and can impact the environment around you. You don't have to feel isolated in your feelings and wait to receive support after you have reached a crisis point. You may be scrolling because you want to feel better or achieve a goal, e.g. Gain confidence. You can gain support in as little as a single session or continue for longer-term sessions; either way, you are scrolling, telling me you are finding something difficult to process.

I am committed to supporting you in reaching an understanding and to make sense of those unhelpful blockages and responses that could be running unchecked in your life. I believe you can take your first steps towards motivation by understanding your unconscious choices and beliefs and make helpful changes in your thoughts and behaviour to overcome your difficulties.

It could be intimidating if this is your first time in counselling, or perhaps you are looking for a different counselling approach. I work using an integrative approach, which means "One counselling theory does not fit all". Instead, exploring different forms of counselling may suit your needs better so that you can take control and live in a more gratifying way. I work collaboratively and aim to provide a non-judgmental, safe, and confidential environment to help you in your therapeutic journey.

Before I trained as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, I supported young and adult people in reaching their individual goals in groups and one-to-one settings for many years. I am a down-to-earth, straight-talking, empathic therapist who believes in your best interests.

I am an "Accredited" registrant member of The National Counselling Society (MNCPS) and LGBTQ+ friendly.

I am regulated by the NCPS organisation and comply with their ethical standards and procedures, including the Data Protection Act 2018.

My commitment is to you so you are listened to and heard. I believe in valuing you, especially in challenging times.
